1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

MyTradeNotes provides a trading journal, statistics, and analytics platform. We offer Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers as described on the pricing page.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
You may not share your account with others
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe
You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Contact us within 7 days of your first payment.
Prices are in USD. Swiss VAT may apply depending on your location.
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all trade data, journal entries, and other content you upload or create. By using the service you grant us a licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Share access credentials or resell the service
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our infrastructure

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer

MyTradeNotes is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on data shown in the app. Always verify data with your broker.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the My Account panel. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
